Buckeye's current build time is 6-7 months.

Buckeye Real Estate Group currently offers two series of homes to choose from, the Designer Series and the Reserved Series. Based on what series you choose to build from, what is offered and considered a standard will vary. To learn more about what series will better fit your needs, check out our interactive floor plans. Standard features for both series include granite countertops in the kitchen, stainless appliances, high efficiency HVAC and an excellent insulation package. Exterior stone, 30-year shingle, upgraded garage door, 12x12 patio, final grade and hydro seed.

Once you have been pre-approved, you will sit down with Buckeye for a free quote. The objective of this meeting is to create a rough draft of your future home, while keeping with-in your budget. At the time of signing, you’ll place a deposit to secure your home. While construction is underway, you’ll work with the lender of your choice to arrange your End Loan, which will be the only loan you need for your new home. Throughout the entire building process, Buckeye handles all construction financing, utilities, and incidentals—removing the financial burden from you. Once your home is complete, you’ll simply close on your home, take possession, and begin enjoying your new home.

You will receive a 1 year Home Builder’s Association Warranty with the purchase of your new home. You will also receive all of the manufacturer’s warranties on the products that were installed in your home.
